A preview for the female worgen was shown on mmo-champion today. As they said female worgen is still in progress so they probably won't be looking exactly like that. XD Once they were announced last year at Blizzcon I considered rerolling to worgen once Cataclysm came out mostly due to their racials!
Worgen Racials

 Darkflight | Activates your true form, increasing movement speed by 70% for 6 sec. (3 minute CD) |
 Viciousness | Increases all damage done by 1%. (Passive) |
 Aberration | Reduces the duration of all Curses and Diseases used against you by 15%. (Passive) |
 Flayer | Skinning skill increased by 15, removes the requirement of having a skinning knife and increases skinning speed. (Passive) |
 Two Forms | Turn into your currently inactive form. (1.5 sec CD) |
I'm still deciding whether or not if i'm going to stay night elf or go worgen. I'm leaning more towards worgen because you saw how neat the talents are! I might even go horde and be a troll.
