What was your favorite raid in Wrath?

So far in Wrath we've had the return of Naxxramas along with new instances like Obsidian Sanctum, Eye of Eternity, Ulduar, Trial of the Crusade, and Icecrown Citadel. Each instance brought something new to the table like Obsidian Sanctum's The Twilight Zone and Eye of Eternity's last phase where players were able to engage Malygos on dragons. We still have one on the way, but which one was your favorite?

My favorite would have to be~

Yes, Ulduar! It introduced the first legendary of this expansion [Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings] as well as activated hard modes like Firefighter (always put on my Flame Warden title for that!) and Knock, Knock, Knock on Wood. There was also the optional boss Algalon who became available after completing the Archivum Data Disc quest. He was only available for one hour after engaged and would disappear once the hour was up even if you were in combat with him (he'd just cast Ascend to the Heavens and wipe your raid). I love Ulduar. I had fun when it was current content and even after it wasn't anymore (no, not because I still have shards in my bags =_=). Algalon was epic and Yogg-Saron was chaotic, but very fun.

With Yogg-Saron you had rays of death, sanity, debuffs of each kind, chain-able fear, and tentacles. There's so many things going on at once during phase 2, it can get a little chaotic. I was pretty much running my butt around trying to not get caught by tentacles, decursing and de-poisoning(?), and dpsing tentacles. Overall it was fun.

Before I get too caught up with the old days, i'm going to stop. >.< I hope everyone has a wonderful day. ^_^

  1. Ulduar definitely!
Best WotLK instance, love the look, feel, and lore of it. Great boss fights and love the Heroic mode encounter mechanics, I'm not a big fan of the toggle on/off of the Icecrown Heroic fights.
Toughest fights I've encountered in this game so far, aside from Kael, Vashj, and Archimonde, were Firefighter and One Light in the Darkness.
